Zillow Closing Services is pleased to provide a fast, easy and safe way to submit your time-sensitive Earnest Money Deposit (“EMD”) funds.

We’ve partnered with Paymentus to host a secure payment portal where you can submit funds in 3 simple steps:

1. Click EMD Payment below.
2. Complete the payment information page. Have the address of the property you’re buying and a bank account number and routing number ready. Including your Zillow Closing Services escrow file number (if you have it) is helpful but not required.
3. Review your payment details and hit Pay. A receipt will pop up for you to print or save.

Note: The maximum payment you can submit through our portal is $25,000. This covers most transactions. If your contract requires an EMD payment of more than $25,000, you’ll be required to wire your funds. Your closing team will provide secure wiring instructions from a secure email. Please see this link for information on wire fraud prevention. Please also note that if you are required to bring additional funds at the closing stage, Zillow Closing Services may only accept those funds via a wire regardless of the amount. This is to avoid any issues of insufficient funds.
