Signing in to your transaction (sellers)
How do I sign in to view my closing transaction?
Sign in to Zillow with the email address where you receive Zillow Closing Services communications and updates, which is the email that was provided at the time of signing the Purchase & Sale Agreement.
Can I change the email address that I use to sign in and view my closing transaction?
Yes, but you must first sign in with the email address that was provided at the time of signing the Purchase & Sale Agreement (PSA). Once you’ve signed in, then you can change your sign-in email address under your Account Settings.
However, you will still receive all updates and reminders about your closing at the email address provided at the time of signing the PSA. That email address cannot be changed.
How do I verify my email address?
1. Go to the Profile page of your Account Settings.
2. Under Sign in & security, click the Verify link next to your email address.
3. You’ll receive an email with directions on how to finish verifying your email address.
Note: if you’re having trouble verifying your email please make sure to click the link in the most recent email sent to you.
Receiving emails from Zillow Closing Services (sellers)
Where will I get email communications from Zillow Closing Services?
We will send all email communications for all sellers to the email addresses provided at the time of signing the Purchase & Sale Agreement. This cannot be changed.
This includes time-sensitive requests and updates about your closing transaction, so it’s important to check your email regularly.
Why haven’t I received email communications from Zillow Closing Services?
We send all communications to the email addresses provided at the time of signing the Purchase & Sale Agreement (PSA). It may take up to 1 business day after signing your PSA to receive your first email. If you still have not received an email from us, check your spam or junk folders. If you can’t find it, please call us at (833) 927-1616.
Can I change the email addresses where I get communications from Zillow Closing Services?
Unfortunately, no. We must send all closing requests and updates to the email addresses provided at the time of signing the Purchase & Sale Agreement.
Can I use my agent or landlord account?
You can choose to use your professional account, but most professionals use separate sign-in email addresses to keep their personal and professional accounts separate.
What if I am still having issues signing in?
